The Eastern Star Journal is constantly working to move forward, improve itself, and expand.
Here are some goals that the Journal has set for itself in this Triennial.

Editorial Goals

• Create a simple method for members to submit articles;
• Update procedural manual for committee members and future editors;
• Create an easy-to-navigate website for the Journal and expand online presence;
• Ensure that the Journal is easy-to-read, well laid-out, and neat;
• Maintain an online archive of past Journal issues;

Committee Goals

• To meet and maintain self-support for the publication;
• Make the Journal more visible by contacting OES jurisdictions and committees;
• Include articles from every GGC jurisdiction at least once during the Triennium;
• Encourage all new members to subscribe to the Journal
• Increase the number of subscriptions by 10% during this Triennium;
• Increase awareness of the Journal in all Masonic families through contact with jurisdictions, newsletters, etc;
• Encourage every chapter to subscribe;
