A long-time mason, Jerry was Grand Master of the District of Columbia in 1992, and served as Worthy Grand Patron of the OES in the District of Columbia in 2008. The former owner of M. Stein & Company, the oldest formalwear establishment in DC, he now devotes his time as a philanthropist and Chairman of several foundations, including Youth Leaders International, an organization devoted to developing young leaders around the world and eliminating bigotry while broadening horizons. He looks forward to bringing his energy to the ESJ over the next three years.

Charles J. Hall
Comparatively new to the Eastern Star, Charles brings with him experience in communications, photography, and digital design. A mason at Hiram-Takoma Lodge #10 in the District of Columbia, as well as being a member of the Takoma Chapter #12 of the Eastern Star, he is also the Grand Representative of South Dakota in the District of Columbia. He runs the communications for Youth Leaders International, and does other communications work for non-profits as Media Corridor Communications. He has studied Communications at Vanier College in Montreal, Canada.
